OOTW- Week 5- "I want you to stay"

It's been such a long dragging week, but the weather has definitely put a bounce in everyone's step. The sunshine is slowly starting to make an appearance finally, although the cold weather is still very much around. This week I've spent a silly amount of money that I really don't have, thank god for my over draft! But it's gone on some worthwhile items, well I think so. I finally put my deposit down on my hair, not saying just yet what I'm having done but it's gonna be a big change, I'm so excited! Then I brought a cheeky few basic items from Boohoo that I'll blog about later this week. But for now here are my four favourite outfits of the week:


Top Left: For a nice chilled night of cocktails with my flat mate I wore; Printed sleeveless top from Topshop, Blazer from Internacionale, Black dog tooth printed treggings from Topshop, Black high wedged trainers Internacionale and Bow bag from Topshop.
Top Right: A laid back look for university I wore; Striped shirt Primark, Black vest top from Primark, Leather shorts from Republic, Plain black tights from Primark and High top trainers from Nike.
Bottom Left: For an unexpected day of snow I wore; Plain jumper from Topshop, Studded waist belt from Primark, Feather printed trousers from Topshop and High wedged trainers as before.
Bottom Right: For a casual day of shopping I wore; Leather sleeved top from Zara, Blazer as before, Checked treggings from Topshop and High wedged trainers as before.

I definitely loved my Internactionale High wedged trainers and Blazer this week!

I know this is meant to be more of a fashion blog than anything else, but I also like writing about subjects that really influence me. Ive known about Post Secrets now for a few years and they really do touch my heart and do shock me to an extent of what people write. Basically a Post Secret is a postcard which someone designs themselves- which includes a background image they create and then the secret itself. Prom dress, or Cocktail dress

I haven't blogged for about a week now, but this is due to me getting so many assignments and all my deadlines coming at the same time (and also me leaving everything till the last minute d'oh). But my college course has organised a prom for our campus as well as surrounding campus's on the same course in June, which isn't that far away. Normally I would like to say I'm organised and have an outfit ready in my wardrobe anticipating its debut... but unfortunately I haven't even started to think about what I'm going to wear till now. My friend on the course has gone for a cocktail dress, which is very formal, and some other people have gone for prom dresses too. Me being me i want to be different and have something formal but quite dressed down too. I'm the fussiest person I know when it comes to choosing an outfit, though i wanted to rent a dress out as I wouldn't get another occasion like this for a while. £25 Voucher For River Island... Goodbye Bank Balance

Recently it was my birthday so like any other girl, I got a lot of jewellery and money, though the one thing I my family rarely buy me are clothes. They find it hard to keep up with the trends that are going on and understanding why items they wore back in their hay day is now back in fashion, so instead they give me clothes vouchers so I can decide on what I like. Which is a bonus as knowing my mother she would probably still fit me into floral dresses and cute tops I wore as a child so she could have her little girl back again. So today I decided to have a gander online at River Island to see what items are screaming at me to spend my voucher, and these are the items I have found so far.
