My inspiration is Lucy Meck from TOWIE. In last nights opening episode we saw her wow the entire cast aswell as us the audience with her amazing and flawless body. Since splitting from Mario Falcone we have seen her set up her own website 'Results with Lucy' to encourage people to get more toned and feel good about themselves just like the beauty herself. After seeing her in that episode I've been totally drawn in espeically with her 'Abs like slabs' challenge, which if I achieve or get even a little bit close to her abs I will be ecstatic.
Starting from tomorow I'm going to start running either early in the morning or later in the evening and then do the Abs workout twice a day and see how I go. I will probably be a moaning murtel about it all but it will all be worth it in the end, I'm sure. I'll do weekly updates to track my progress and see how well I actually do.
