OOTW- "If I was you, I'd wanna be me too"

Image
Life is one big whirlwind right now; with working nearly 60 hour weeks, juggling coursework, stressing over coursework and trying not to spend uneccasry money on more clothes I definitely do not need (but I do need). Coffee is literally the love of my life right now- as well as Salted caramel green tea that is my life saver. But anyways back to business, last week I posted about the on trend Mom jeans and had such an overwhelming response that I hadn't expected. So this week I bring you two different styles on what to wear with them. From a retro quirky style, to a dressed up dinner date. Outfit one: The Topshop Style. A different quirky style with the Mom Jeans, I'm absolutely loving this Ivy Park bodysuit, something so simple that can be dressed up or down for any occasion.               Added with the on trend bomber jacket. Ive found these two preppy ones again from Topshop, I'm loving the bardot effect jacket on the right and the m...

OOTW-Week 11- "Only know you love her when you let her go, and you let her go"

After a few weeks of being back home it still hasn't sunk in that my first year of university is finally complete. I'm starting to feel regulated now by having a routine of work, although I miss the hustle and bustle of uni life. It's too quiet and calm whereas I'm so used to the noise and the manic spur of the moment events that occurred. I do really miss Southampton; my girls and the shopping (of course) and also the independence I had there, I'll be returning soon though sure enough. Here are my outfits of the week: Top Left : A lounging day at home I wore- Off the shoulder jumper from Hollister , Aztec print shorts from Topshop and Tights from Primark. Top Right: An evening out with the family I wore- Cord patterned blazer from Primark , Scallop vest top from Topshop and Checked treggings from Topshop . Bottom Left: My last day in Southampton I wore- Denim shirt from Primark, Skull printed vest top from Topshop , Leggings ...

OOTW-Week 10- "I need your love, I need your time"

It seems the sunshine is here to stay, finger crossed- with good weather comes the excitement of summer finally beginning. Although with two more big assignments left I'm not thinking about summer just yet otherwise I'll go off on a tangent and avoid the amount of work I still have left. With only a few days now till the end of first year it's clear that summer is just round the corner for me. But before that the uni work NEEDS to be done, so maybe I should switch off Hollyoaks and continue where I left off. Here are my favourite outfits of the week: Top Left : Black off the shoulder dress worn as a top from Asos , Cross necklace from Primark , Blazer from Primark , Distressed boyfriend jeans from Primark and Brogues from New Look . Top Right : Mickey mouse crop top from Topshop , Checked treggings from Topshop and Heels from River Island . Bottom Left: Laced collared dress from Topshop Bottom Right : Black midi dress from Boohoo , Denim jacket and trainer...

With the sun shining, this month is getting better by the day. The endless shopping trips that are killing my overdraft, the drives to the seaside and my best friends 21st is stopping me from the reality of the endless uni work I have to do. Although with the 7 hour coach journey back to Southampton tomorrow maybe I will start to crack on with my uni work. Here are my outfits of the week: Top left: For a late day of uni I wore-Leopard print collar dress from Love Label , Spiked necklace from Primark, Plain black tights from Primark, Cream brogues from New Look. Top Right: For my birthday night out in Southampton I wore- Tweed playsuit from Love Label. OOTW-Week 7 "One way or another, I'm gonna see ya"

Image
I'm writing this post a day early due to the fact it's my beautiful sisters birthday tomorrow and unfortunately I'll be spending it on a coach back to Southampton. I have never missed any of my siblings birthday's before so I'm gutted I have to miss hers, although when I'm back next week I have a few surprises up my sleeves for her. I'll keep you posted on them! In my last OOTW entry I was saying how the sun is starting to rear its head again, but unfortunately I was very wrong. It was so cold and dull last week my bed became even more tempting to hibernate in. Here are my four favourite outfits of the week: Top Left: A casual freezing day at university I wore- Cut out shoulder jumper from River Island , Heart necklace from Primark , Dogtooth printed treggings from Topshop and Nike blazers. Top Right: A busy day shopping and at university I wore- Dark purple pepulum top from Primark , Studded wait belt from Primark , Mid sleeved cardigan from Top...

OOTW Week 6 "It's like your my mirror"

Image
All the days seem to blurring into one right now. I cant believe how quick this year is going already, were nearly in March! It's been a massive week for fashion and music with the phenomenal London Fashion Week going on as well as The Brit Awards, and how can you forget Rihanna's debut first range for River Island. AMAZING!! But of course I can't forget to mention Justin Timberlakes comeback performance in far too long at The Brits, he is definitely getting better looking with age! I've only got 3 weeks left at university before I break up for Easter, but even though I'm so excited to go home now, I'm definitely not excited with the amount of work I have to do before. This seems to be a regular moan of mine every week, so I do apologise! These are my five favourite outfits of the week: Top Left: Going out for lunch with my flat mates I wore; Diamond vest from H&M , Military shirt from Primark , Black plain leggings from Topshop and High wedged traine...

OOTW- Week 5- "I want you to stay"

Image
It's been such a long dragging week, but the weather has definitely put a bounce in everyone's step. The sunshine is slowly starting to make an appearance finally, although the cold weather is still very much around. This week I've spent a silly amount of money that I really don't have, thank god for my over draft! But it's gone on some worthwhile items, well I think so. I finally put my deposit down on my hair, not saying just yet what I'm having done but it's gonna be a big change, I'm so excited! Then I brought a cheeky few basic items from Boohoo that I'll blog about later this week. But for now here are my four favourite outfits of the week: Top Left : For a nice chilled night of cocktails with my flat mate I wore; Printed sleeveless top from Topshop , Blazer from Internacionale , Black dog tooth printed treggings from Topshop , Black high wedged trainers Internacionale and Bow bag from Topshop. Top Right: A laid back look for universi...

OOTW-Week 4- "I knew you were trouble when you walked in"

Image
Wow! Week four, I cannot believe how quick the weeks are going or even the fact we are now in February, its mad. It's been a dull week here in Southampton with the continuous rain and the blistering coldness, that still hasn't got the hint to leave so we can start to have some warmth in our lives!   Top Left : For a early cold morning at university I wore Jumper from Topshop , Studded waist belt from Primark , Checked Leggings from Topshop and High top wedged Trainers from Internacionale. Top Right: Going to the library on my day off I wanted to try out this long Denim Shirt I got from Ebay that I've never worn! With Glittered Leggings from Primark , Studded waist Belt as before and All star Converse Trainers. Also accessorized with my new Eagle Necklace from Topshop. Middle : My first night out in a while I wore my new Denim Skirt from Topshop , Studded waist belt as before, Lace insert Dress worn as a top from Topshop . Unfortunately you can't see my To...

Topshop Eagle Necklace, "I'm like a bird, I'm gonna fly away"

Image
Typically I never steer away from my Thomas Sabo necklace that my family brought me for my 18th birthday, it's my little piece of home for me while I'm at university. Although recently I had to exchange some items in Topshop the other day and for some strange reason, I fancied a necklace something to make my plain tops or shirts stand out more for once. This is when I found this eagle necklace, it helps dress up any outfit that I seem to wear. But don't get me wrong I feel like somethings missing without my Thomas Sabo necklace, though I've just put my charms on my bracelet so I still have my pieces of home with me.  Dressing up a simple jumper  Adding detail to a plain denim shirt  Adding an edge to a simple t-shirt. You will see more of this necklace in tomorrows post of OOTW!

OOTW- Outifts of the week -Week1 "I wanna scream and shout!"

Image
As the weather is getting colder it's understandable people are dressing more for comfort and warmth more than anything else. This is something I agree to to a point, however I'm the worst judge when it comes to the weather, I always check the weather everyday to ensure I wont be to hot or cold... but still to no prevail. Looking at the weather today it said -1 in Southampton and cloudy, I thought I'll be fine in a skirt 2 layers of tights , a t-shirt and a jacket ... HOW WRONG WAS I! Freezing was an understatement, my leather skirt was riding up and my legs were like two icicles slowly getting colder by the second. The thought of wearing a onsie to university is becoming more and more appealing. Although the weather has had us all snuggled up in bed in copius amount of layers, we've all still tried to carry on like we can't see the weather getting any worse. Here are my five favourite outfits from this week including two outfit's of going out with my alcohol j...
