New years resolutions are hard enough for me as I never make it simple for myself! Usually I give myself 10 resolutions that I want to achieve by the end of each year, and suprisingly I normally do over half of them, though I always get annoyed that I haven't completely done them all. Like the phrase goes you are your own worst critic. Then there's Lent, I've never really tried Lent before, I've watched my friends give up big things to them like; chocolate,crisps and social networking sites. These seem like something you could give up quite easily, but watching them struggle and crave for these items really made me realise that in 40days you can truly change something in your life. In doing Lent you can also give yourself that ounce of confidence and push you never thought you had before. It's that time of week when I get bored again of my nails and  start to crave having my nails done! Stiletto nails look amazing and it would save me painting my nails each week if I had a nice set of beautiful perfect nails done for me. However I'm a skint student so luckily I have a variety of nail varnishes to tantalize my craving of doing my nails week in and week out. Last week I painted my nails and I wasn't to sure on them at all, I painted them half and half and of course had a glitter nail. Though the half and half nails didn't seem to look right, maybe if I had sponged the purple and nude colour together it would've gave a more ombre feel to my nails.   Hopefully you see what I mean, although I really liked my glittered nail, this gave me an idea for my nails this week.   This was my final outcome for this week, I LOVE THEM! Wow! Week four, I cannot believe how quick the weeks are going or even the fact we are now in February, its mad. It's been a dull week here in Southampton with the continuous rain and the blistering coldness, that still hasn't got the hint to leave so we can start to have some warmth in our lives!   Top Left : For a early cold morning at university I wore Jumper from Topshop , Studded waist belt from Primark , Checked Leggings from Topshop and High top wedged Trainers from Internacionale. Typically I never steer away from my Thomas Sabo necklace that my family brought me for my 18th birthday, it's my little piece of home for me while I'm at university. Although recently I had to exchange some items in Topshop the other day and for some strange reason, I fancied a necklace something to make my plain tops or shirts stand out more for once. This is when I found this eagle necklace, it helps dress up any outfit that I seem to wear. But don't get me wrong I feel like somethings missing without my Thomas Sabo necklace, though I've just put my charms on my bracelet so I still have my pieces of home with me.  Dressing up a simple jumper  Adding detail to a plain denim shirt  Adding an edge to a simple t-shirt.
